Through my practice, I am committed to staying curious, chasing those “aha!” moments, and continually exploring the intersections of human-centred design and strategic thinking in the hope of better understanding our beautifully interconnected world.
RESEARCH
I thrive in ambiguity, constantly questioning the multifaceted reasons behind actions, thoughts, and interactions to uncover insights that drive the creative process. My role is to be the voice of the user - advocating for their needs and ensuring that design decisions are informed, empathetic, and effective.
STORYTELLING
I weave together insights and user needs to craft compelling narratives and experiences that communicate complex ideas, ignite emotion, and inspire action. Through storytelling, I aim to shape perceptions, challenge conventions, and leave a lasting impact.
STRATEGY
I combine creativity with strategic thinking to drive innovative solutions that balance short-term goals with long-term vision. I navigate complex challenges by connecting seemingly unrelated dots - uncovering fresh perspectives, identifying key touchpoints, and unlocking new possibilities through collaboration.
